We Can't Wait to Welcome You Back! Here's what to Expect.

After months of missing our customers during lockdown, we are so excited to be reopening our doors from Friday 14th August.

Blackfriars has been awarded the ‘Good to Go’ stamp by Visit Britain, which is the official UK trademark to signal that we have worked hard to follow Government and industry Covid-19 guidelines and have a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

As we adjust to the ‘new normal’, here’s what to expect when you visit us.

You will be asked to maintain a safe distance when entering or waiting to enter the venue.

To support track and trace, we will ask that you complete a form upon entry, which will be stored for 30 days. Should you be contacted in the event of an outbreak, we ask that you follow the latest government guidance and self-isolate.

There will be signage located throughout the site offering instructions on how to stay as safe as possible while visiting us. These measures will include maintaining a safe 2m distance from anyone not in your household and regularly sanitising your hands.

Hand sanitiser stations will be located throughout the site.

For public events, pre-bookable plots will be available. These will all be a safe 2m apart and will be available in groups of 2, 3, 4 and 6.

We will be providing a waiter service from our bar serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, pitchers, hot drinks and snacks. Just order from the app and your drinks will arrive at your plot!

Smoking isn’t allowed onsite but a smoking area will be located outside the main entrance.

The menu may be subject to change due to availability.

The toilets will be available during events and will be cleaned regularly. Please maintain a safe distance from those not in your household and ensure you wash your hands thoroughly. Posters will be available in the toilets displaying best practice for hand washing.
