Join Dr Julia Frearson for a restorative session within the tranquil setting of Blackfriars Priory.
Take some precious time for yourself to relax and rewind. During the 75 minute lesson, you will be taken on a balancing journey of warming, mobilising, fun. A flowing class with breathwork and yoga nidra/intention setting.
This session is suitable for all, with options for chair-based movement even if required.
After the session is over, you are invited to unwind with a cup of herbal tea and to re-energise with a protein ball, which is included in the ticket price.
If the weather is nice, the session will take place in the stunning cloister garden and if it is inclement, you can enjoy the surroundings of the fairy lit historic East Range.
