Join Glevum Big Band at Blackfriars Priory for a free concert during visitor attraction opening hours on:

Glevum Big Band are a local 18 piece band who have gone from strength to strength under the direction of veteran MD, Tony Sheppard. Playing classic jazz and swing numbers from the 30s, 40s and 50s composed by Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, Count Basie and Fats Waller.  Singers, Rod Welch and Tal Cole, perform songs made famous by Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and Etta James. It's a perfect way to enjoy an afternoon at Blackfriars. Feel free to get up and dance! 

Free to attend. There will be a voluntary collection for band funds.

A bar will be available selling a range of alcoholic and soft drinks.
